Terms & Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions apply to all our private tours conducted in English.

All bookings are made with Tallinn Private Tours OÜ, registration number 10520025 (us/we).
‘Lead Participant’ is the person who has placed the booking with us. By making a booking, the Lead Participant will be deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions on behalf of all participants named within the booking.
All email correspondence for your booking will be sent to the Lead Participant, only. It is the Lead Participant’s responsibility to manage the payment and forward all relevant correspondence onto your party.
Payments and Cancellations
You can pay in advance (one total payment), or you can pay the full amount on the day of the tour.
Option A: Pay in advance with your credit card. We will send you a secure link for credit card payment. We do not charge credit card fees. Please make the payment within 5 days from the moment you received the link. If your tour is scheduled for the next seven days (last minute booking), the payment must reach us at least 72 hours before the start of the tour.
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are calculated from the moment written notification is received by us:
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour start time receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made 47 hours or less before the tour start time are nonrefundable.
– No refund is provided for any unused portion of the tour.
– No-shows are non-refundable.
– A full refund will be made if the cruise ship skips Tallinn due to whatever reason.
Option B: Pay for your private tour on the day, in cash (euros only) or with your Visa or Mastercard. Please inform us about the preferred payment method at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform as as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are calculated from the moment written notification is received by us:
– Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
– For cancellations made 47-0 hours before the tour start time or in case of no-show, we charge the full price. You will receive a secure link for credit card payment.
– There will be no penalties if the cruise ship skips Tallinn due to whatever reason.
For the Custom Tallinn Tour and for larger groups (11 or more participants) you are required to make a non-refundable deposit payment (25% of the total tour cost). You will receive a secure link for credit card payment.
All changes (routes, number of participants, times etc) to confirmed tours are subject to availability and must be requested by the Lead Participant at least 48 hours before the tour depature time.
Because we’ve created itineraries that work well and always adapt ourselves to each private group, route changes are not recommended on private standard tours (Tallinn Old Town Walking Tour, Tallinn Highlights, Tallinn Day Tour, The Focus is on the Soviet Era, Tallinn Accessible Tour, Viru Bog & Jägala Waterfall Visit).
